Pretty neat stuff. Thanks for post it.

Think about how guys designing this stuff back in the 30's had to have that animation in their head to figure out how to make it work. And in detail too.

Good stuff....

The only thing not there is the animation showing what happens with the dreaded "M1 Thumb Syndrome"...and the not so muffled curses :cuss: :cuss: :cuss:

Never mind HOW I know, I just know....

VERY nice piece of Flash work - excellent in fact. Darned thing is embedded tho - and would be good to manage a save on that.

Yeah, they should make that one of the sound clips you can listen to. I haven't done it yet, hopefully never will.

Go to View -> Page Source, and you will get a listing for the HTML of the page. There is a part that says "<PARAM NAME=movie VALUE="action.swf">" that action.swf is the file you want. Just go to http://www.garandflash.com/action.swf and you can save the page as the SWF file for later viewing. The other files are trigger.swf , feeding.swf and m1sounds.swf Should work okay. Good luck!

Thx WKW - I had in fact looked at source earlier and seen the embed, but was short on time and hadn't bothered to try your approach. That worked just fine - these are so cool, just gotta run them thru again few times. :)
