The local Cabela's has a 16 gauge model 24 for sale. IC/Mod chokes, no dents or dings, but a fair amount of blue wear from carry, and some minor scratches and such on the wood. Tight action, shiny bores. They have it tagged at something ridiculous like $695. That is ridiculous, isn't it?

The Blue Book of last year says the M24 in 100% in 16ga will be about $710. In 90% condition about $330.
Remember SxS's are up and down on prices in different areas of the country.

i had a 12 ga. 28" bbl, mod & full i traded off in 1980 because of its weight. i'm still kicking myself (oof). the friend i hunt grouse with has the same gun you're talking about. it is a gem. gauge specific receiver, 26"bbls. and weighs about a lb. less, . what a great under rated gun. it's worth what YOU'LL pay for it. built like a tank. :)
