Is anybody up to the idea of a organized protest in Springfield,Illinois? I am willing to drive 6 people, in my truck. We really need to get organized with concealed carry.org and other gun groups. Maybe some NRA support??? I dont want to see anybody bringing any guns of anykind this just hurts the cause. All we need is the media showing us waving guns in the air. Also we dont want to see people in full dress camo, believe me I love mine and wear it all the time but this is not the time for a militia movement it doesnt help the cause. Any body interested?????

I'll take a day off work to do it - needs to be as soon as possible to get organized - anyone have contact with CCRA, ISRA, CC inc., or NRA - they should have already been all over this and busy putting their squabbles aside to organize a protest in Springfield.

I would be interested in attending such an event. Monday or Friday would be best for those of us who have to drive a long distance.
