Does anyone know what is the replacement interval for a Smith & Wesson model 41 recoil spring.

I believe they will last forever.
My father got his 41 around 1968 or so and I believe it still has the original spring.

Wolf springs sells a quite reasonable replacement if you think yours is worn.

When/if the bolt ever fails to feed cartridges from the magazine or won't close as it should (dirt not being the cause), replace the spring. I have never seen it happen.
