I just started a new job, and will be heading out to Buckeye, Arizona in a couple of weeks for hands-on training.

Anybody live near there? Are there any ranges near there that rent guns? (Can't take mine :cuss: ) Perhaps somebody might feel like shooting, or even just meeting up to grab a burger?

I don't live in Buckeye, but I shoot there quite often. I'm one of the line officers at the Buckeye Hills Shooting Range and the lead instructor for our club's Scholastic Clay Target Program.

When are you arriving and how long will you be staying? I'm sure we could arrange some weekend time at the range.

No need to bring your guns. This is Arizona - we have plenty. :D

I'm a stone's throw from Buckeye. My range is the desert. Only place I've ever rented guns is Shooter's World - yes, after it became crappified. That's not near Buckeye, anyhow.

I'll be leaving for Arizona on January 24th, coming back to Utah on February 11th. It's 3 work weeks and 2 weekends. I don't yet know for sure where they're putting us up.

I'm looking forward to escaping the blizzards here. ;)

A THR get-together would be awesome, but I'd be happy to meet you guys whether it was a full-blown THR even, or just a stop at the greasy spoon. :)

I live out near Buckeye and i think i could be free during that time. If the Buckeye Hills Range is open maybe we could go there, if not we could go where Wasrjoe and i went and where i go all the time out in Rainbow Valley.

I will be up in Phoenix on the 28th of Jan for the NHRA time trials at Firebird raceway.

I could probably find a place to shack up for the night and make a Sunday morning shoot if anyone is interested.
