Bought this little pistol today and it is in terrific shape except for the walnut checkered grips. Does anyone have a source for those grips or is it possible to refinish them?

Any tips would be appreciated!

Faux ivory grips. There's another company out there making wood grips in various types of wood but I can't find the link in my Favorites. It'll turn up :D
