Help. Is this a spherical or flake powder? How does it meter. I usually use Bullseye and it meters fine. How do the two compare? I'm looking to use it in .45 Colt cowboy loads.

IIRC it is a flake same as the "dots", I tried some a couple years ago for my shotgun. As far as metering I think it would be the same as red/green/blue/ dot. Nick

I tred it a couple of years ago and liked it a lot,but it was hard to find around me,so I switched to clays.
It metered nicely in my Dillon, and gave nice even reports when shot in 45 long colt.
At that time the max load with a 255 grain bullet was 7 grains,If I recall the bulllet correctly. It really CRACKED..I stopped shooting em until I pulled a bullet to double check the load.yep, right on the money.Backed 'er down a bit as I was shooting cowboy and din't need that much oomph to ring steel.
I don't think youll regret trying it out.
