AFAIK, yes. Put it this way - if the .338 Lapua Magnum kicks any harder than the .338 Lapua, I ain't firin' it! :what:

They are the same exact cartridge. (one of my favourites btw)

Just like .300Weatherby and .300Weatherby Magnmu are the same.
