I believe that rifle is an HS Precision Take Down or some sort. Seems to have a pretty short barrel compared to the one shown on the HS Precision site but you could probably get it custom done that way. I love the look on Samuel L. Jackson's face when she almost shoots him with it. Other notable guns are a GP100, P226, Mini-14, VZ Skorpion (or something like that) probably others; it's been a while since I've seen the film.
