(MO) Status of CCW-What has happened?

I and a fellow worker get here fairly early, 0600. This morning he said that he heard on the TV that Missouri residents can now get a CCW. The last I heard was that the MO legislature had yet to vote on it. I think what he heard was the talking heads just saying what can happen if CCW is passed in MO. Any updates?

It seems like MO has at least ONE good man in office.
Hope he has the ability to turn clear thinking into votes.
But I wouldn't hold my breath.

SB83 was also given a "Do Pass" by the General Law committee. I'm not sure if this means it's going to the floor or not.

Since when are rights subject to the "will of the voters"?
The 45-page bill...
 How could it possibly take 45 pages to cover this thing? I don't have time to look now, but I'll have to check this out.
I hope at least one of those pages allows for reciprocity.
