It is a good read; but there are a couple of things to keep in mind when reading it:
1) The earlier version of that report also mentioned that most of the soldiers complaining about M9 lethality had not actually used the weapon in anger. I think that is an important note.
2) The fact that the M16 firing pin dimples the primer shouldn't be news to anybody who owns an AR15 series weapon. The author of the report seems to be shocked by this; but it should be pretty much common knowledge. The allegation that repeated chambering of the same round may cause a slam fire is worth sharing though.
