They ask for phone number and have all pertinent
data. They don't say but I think they keep credit
card info on file as well.
That was amusing though.

Derry Brownfield read a version of this on-air the other day. It would be funny as hell, if it weren't so bloody likely.

That was funny, up to the point where I realized it wasn't all that far-fetched. What's next after that? Maybe find a way to "implant" a computer operated by thoughts? There's things to be said in favor of inconvenience!

Oh boy, thats not good. :neener:

On the other hand, the Dominos near my friends house has a good callerID system. We just hit the speed dial button, yell out "Two pepperoni, one sausage, $5 deal" and hang up as soon as they repeat it back to us and its there in about 30 minutes. They even understand our slurred-but-excited speech while we're in the middle of watching the game. We give the dude a big tip. :)

Now that's funny. I don't really think it's going to get quite that far, but it is funny. Did you notice that the "Take Action" link takes you to aclu.org?

Sometimes striving for freedom requires strange allies. The NRA and ACLU have filed lawsuits together in the past.

Strange ally?

ACLU is to the rest of the BoR what NRA is to the 2nd Amendment, I thought?

That's pretty much correct.

Now, if only the ACLU were to the rest of the BoR what GOA is to the 2nd Amendment, we'd be all set...

I work at a pizza place. phone # (if you have ordered from us before) brings up address and any directions like 'go to the back door', 'vicious dog', 'high tipper' 'this one's a hottie' etc. Of course it's smart to check it because people move. Credit card info is not stored.

I'd also like to take this opportunity to remind people to tip thier pizza driver. It's 9*f out tonight, and gas is 1.87 a gallon, and I still got stiffed at 4 places.

I wonder if people really know how much they are profiled. I've never spit in a pizza, but I've seen it done. I also know that 600 lakeside drive apt x tips well every time, so they get thier pizza in about 20 minutes. Even if there is a 45 minute old pizza in the truck, which is closer to the shop.

Blackjack pizza (my preference over Dominos, which does not have feta cheese hot peppers or artichoke hearts :( ) is able to pull my my address and conform with my phone #.

I ALWAYS tip the delivery driver, be it pizza, chinese or whatever. I do want to ask ya zahc, do you folks get tips that are included in a check payment? On rare occasion I don't have spare cash/paper money and put the tip in the check payment.

I tried the online Papa Johns ordering. First time only half the order showed up with an, oh well. They are off the list.

Last Dominos was flopped on the table, opened the box and it was filled with ants from the guys car. Called and complained but no replacement pizza showed up. They are off the list.

Most of the pizza Huts closed in the area.

There is a Pizza joint not to far away that makes the best pizza, but won't deliver. Its a colons delight.

Now I eat the frozen Baron pizzas. Not too bad really.

That way I'm not connected to a national database, right? :uhoh:
