I wouldn't consider that to be Mall Ninja gear, unless you consider items like the old USGI M1 Carbine stock magazine pouch to be such. That AR-15 stock looks like a good way to keep a spare mag with the gun, or to keep a loaded mag with the gun if you don't want to have the mag actually inserted in the mag well. E.g., if it's a home defense, ranch, or truck gun.

Makes more sense than the cleaning kit holder that no one really uses. Back when my unit had M16A2 (now have M4s) perhaps one in ten hand the cleaning kit inside of it, and everyone had their own cleaning kit.
