Academy sporting goods has Federal champion .22 long rifle for $6.40 a brick

At 1.3 cents per round this stuff is decent. No misfires in 2000 so far.

I bought 12 bricks and gave some away as Christmas presents.

The gun counter guy said $6.40 a 500 round brick is the every day price.


I'm not sure if other sporting goods chains are matching this price.
