So far I have done well on a psuedo New Year's Resolution. I've gotten at least one person interested in firearms. I've taken two people target shooting so far this year. One has turned in their paperwork to buy their own handgun and another is likely to become a firearm owner this Spring or Summer.

I went over the basics with each of them and they followed the safety rules very well. they also had a lot of fun.

Neither were anti gun. They just didn't have the opportunity to try it.

That's a great idea, Jim. It's not necessary to sell the shooting sports to folks who are given the opportunity to try them out. Most folks enjoy them in the proper setting. We all owe it to our sport to share with those less fortunate or less motivated.
