Safariland CD-Auto Mag Carriers, Anyone Use Them?

I was looking for some feedback from those who may have tried them. I am thinking it may be a descent alternative for mag carriers and they are pretty inexpensive and look like they ride close to the belt. How do they mount on the belt? Every pic I have seen only shows them from the front.

I used them for a while but they liked to bite me just the way they rode, now they ride in the top of my lands end brief case giving me two quick reloads.

For a belt carry now i just use a cordura cellphone holster, 8 dollars at Target, two mags fit in fine.
