OK, here is the only two O/U's that I have in my stable at the moment.

Left is my Beretta 682 Supersport, 30" barrels. Part of a Kolar full gauge tube set.

Right is a Ruger Red Label 28ga Sporting, 28" barrels.

Here are mine ... (note to Nelson - 870 is pre addition of mag extension!).. oh and, sorry - I am cheating a bit I guess by including pumps!

The 870 "Special Purpose Magnum"

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A Spanish S/S 12G from way back (bought new 1976) - non-eject .. with extension added to butt. Only ever used for game shooting ... nice gun.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

A real beater! O/U 12G. Chambered 3" and was used for a few wild fowling trips back in 80's. It is now the ''throw it in the back'' truck gun, come, 'do anything' where some dirt don't matter!! :)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After (stupidly) selling my Citori - got this 12G Baikal for trap and skeet. Not bad for money - and got several extra chokes. I expect it'll last me because not a huge thruput. Shoots pretty well and fit not bad.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Hah! The venerable Mossy! This is 500C in 20G. It now has a synthetic furniture set - bit more durable. This also is a ''throw it in back'' kinda shottie.

Not shown is a very basic Ted Williams ... another beater really ... :p

More info on that, please?

I've seen three barreled shotguns, but four? Interesting...

It was my dads idea, he told me that he missed buying a real one for $20 at a swap meet about 30 years ago.

So he decided to build one, he used two Rossi coachguns to make it happen. Cut the receiver & barrels off of one and machined them and the other shotgun so that everything would line up. Made sure everything was true and had a friend weld it up very carefully.

It still has the two triggers and exposed hammers, one trigger fires the two barrels on one side and the other takes care of the other two. If you pull both triggers it will fire all four barrels at the same time! Yes, I have done it but we only use light loads. There's no way that I'm going to pull the trigger on four 00 buck loads. I might be a recoil freak but.... well let's just say that I don't want to go there.

Um... doesn't that make it a machinegun per the NFA?

Sounds neat, though. Could I get more pictures?

Not as far as I know, it's more like the Drillings style shotguns.

More than one shot per triggerpull is what I was referring to... Hm, maybe it's exempt.

Interesting idea, one which I may have to pursue eventually. Doesn't seem too hard to make one, technically. Just have to have the machines, the know how, and the shotguns to make it! :)

Neat idea, neat shotgun. Thanks for the extra pictures!

I did a bit more research, and only one 4 bbl shotgun is currently in production as far as I can tell.

Here (http://www.famars.com/rombo.htm) is a link to the Famars Rombo four bbl shotgun.

Third_Rail - The 4-barrel Famars looks interesting... but I noticed that you have to fill out a form and submit it in order to find out the price. For me, that's always a good indicator that I can't afford it. ;)
