If it's a standard P220, I think you can get an adapter from either Insight Technologies or Surefire.
The new P220ST has a built in standard rail, which will fit. The old-style P220ST has a propriety rail, though SIGARMS produces an adapter. Here's my old style P220, with adapter, and M3:

does the light tend to loosen up after awhile? or is it pretty snug?
Also, is there a holster that holds the combination well?
thx,

Have yet to find a holster for this combo.
The light-to-adapter fit is definitely snug...so snug that I cannot 'quick release' it. I've shot it with the light in place, and it hasn't budged.
The newer 220ST with the standard rail is supposedly snug as well.
You may want to check out the SIGforum (http://www.sigforum.com) , as there are members there with both versions.
