just .45, .44, and .40. I have mild leading with all of them. However, considering the price, and the fact they use virgin brass which I can have for reloading, I won't complain.:)

Are you referring to the 158gr SWC? I purchased 500rnds from the last show at Cal Expo. They're really soft shooting. As far as accuracy, haven't had a chance to do serious testing. I only shot a couple at the last THR gathering at YSA.

I had one bad experience with a batch of reloaded .45 I bought from them. Bullets had been forced into cases that were crushed. Inspect every round.

The only time I've seen ammo where the bullet crushed the case during reloading was with some ammo from The Ammodump. In a box of 500 I had 3 rounds where the case was absolutely crushed. I always look at the rounds before loading them in my firearms. I've run through probably 7,000 rounds of assorted calibers (both new and reloaded .45, 9mm, .40, .357, .38) of Miwall ammo without any defects, but there will always be defective round here and there. Ledbetters suggestions is right on about inspecting rounds.

I....know.....the leading on their .45's. They refuse to load under 850 fps on 45. That's too fast for lead bullet unless you like cleaning.

I am wanting to get some 148 gr WADCUTTER (not SWC) for paper punching.

They advertise 675 fps. My ideal for these is the same as the match ammo mfrs. 720 fps.

But I would gladly use less as all they have to do is get through a piece of paper at 25 yards.

Preferably close together.

I no longer reload. But want to get some bullseye 38 ammo.

I had quite a few crushed miwall 40 S&W reloads. Those are quite dangerous. If my gun fed them (which it didn't) I could have had a kB on my hands. Caveat Emptor I guess.

Haven't had any crushed 40 S&W loads in my ammo can from them... but I haven't looked through the whole thing either...

For real match wadcutters I understand the Remington factory load is superb. Over twice the price of the Miwall though :uhoh:
