Are you saying they've gone out of biz, or that they went home early for the weekend?!
Their website is still up:

Sometimes they all go off to sell ammo at gunshows, or hunting.

:cuss: :what:
Ya know, you about gave me a stroke there. For 14 years I've used their ammo and know the crew that comes here. If they had closed, I'd of had to drive to Villa Rica to stock up. :D

Hey, don't scare me like that.
I haven't bought reloading components anywhere else since I discovered GA arms. Villa Rica is a few miles out of my way, but I save more than enough on reloading supplies to make it worth the drive. Their powder, primers, and bullets are about 2/3 of what they cost at my local gun store.
I've learned to call before going over there though because they're often out of something I need. I realize that mail-order and gun show sales are their top priorities, but I wish they would keep their little walk-in store stocked up a little better. Real nice people to deal with though.

calm down everybody, i didnt realize you all was so excitable.
:neener:
i just couldnt believe they were closed so early on a friday but the gun show story makes sense. just my luck this week though.
well, sucked at the range tonite, seem to be slumping but i know lack o' practice is the underlying cause, not much time last 2 weeks. plus i started a new batch of ammo so everything seemed to group a litte high and right of where i thought it should be. got to get there and shoot somemore this weekend and see if i dont need to re-dope the scope. imagine putting every shot in the black in slow fire and only pulling an 84.
:banghead:
ahhh, thats better,
we'll get 'em next time...

Whew, I've used Georgia Arms ammo for most of my shooting for years. Being in Georgia, I just head out on I-20 to Villa Rica and buy it right from their factory. Their .38 spcl and .357 mag loads are first-rate.
DON'T EVER DO THAT AGAIN !

How often does GA offer free shipping deals? I'm in for another case or two when they run one.
