House Bill allowing CCW nation wide?

I just returned from a deployment and I remember reading an article in a Guns & Ammo about a Bill being put forth to allow CCW nation wide. It was from last year and I can't find anything else on this. I was wondering if anyone else has heard something like this and if so, where does it stand?

IIRC, there was something like that passed back around 1791.

But it is seldom enforced, these days.
