Black T or Armory Kote finish???

What are the pro’s and con’s on the Black T finish and the Armory Kote finish (both through the SA Custom shop)? I will need to have my 1911 refinished soon and both of these finishes have jumped out at me.

Walt Birdsong has done several firearms for me. Nice thing with Black-T is that EVERY part of the gun is done right down to the screws and springs and it doesn't change the dimensional tolerances of the piece. Also I haven't been able to shoot it off the brake on my .50 yet. Whatever you do, don't call Walt unless you have some time on your hands to chat... Don't know about Armory Kote.
