Does the fixed-sight GP100 have a dovetailed front sight blade like the one on the adjustable-sighted models?
If so, you can order a red-notched front sight blade from Ruger -- the one that comes stock on all Super Redhawks -- and slip it in there. Ruger part number RFS. Costs $10-12. The notch is a fairly bright orange-red in color. Gives a nice sight picture.
If you want something more exotic like a fiber-optic post or a gold bead front sight, look at Midway USA or Brownell's, as suggested.
