Can someone identify this Buck?

I don't have the means to post a picture but I'll try to
give a precise description.
Black plastic scales, tapering towards the butt
Linerlock
Two blades, both about 3.5 inches
One blade has a plain edge
The other blade is a fully serrated sheep's foot
Stainless pocket clip
Thumbstuds
A friend of mine has one of these and says it's a great
work knife but has no idea what the model name or number
might be. Any help (even educated guesses) is appreciated.

Could be a Buck crosslock. Suggest you Google Buck Knives to see their product line, then Google (or Froogle) the model you're interested in to check prices.
