What is the value of a like new pedersoli target model sharps with a tang rear sight?

I also saw a Taylor & co sharps and want to know if it is a good value?

the pedersoli has 2 triggers and the taylor does not and its trigger pull is a bear. Both are rarely used.

Or blackpowder cartridge? If the latter, .45-70, .45-90, .45-110, .45-120?

these both are cartridge versions in 45.70. the Taylor is 599 and the pefersoli with the tang sight is 1199. I just don't know if those are good prices and also how well they shoot, and how well they hold their value.
