well, yesterday it finally warmed up and this was the first time to shoot some new toys.took a sigp226,a ruger slabside stainless and a rpb mac10 45.the slabside shot very well, surprised that it was as accurate to hit the yellow pop bottle tops off at 50 yards.sights nearly covered up the picture.going with a red dot when the mount gets here, used the winchester wildcat ammo.the new sig had 1 stove pipe at the first 100 rounds.hit point of aim at 25 yards.went through several boxes of that wally world 100 rnds per box for around 10 bucks.dirty ammo.finally loaded up 2 grease gun mags and shot the mac.no problems malfunctionwise .used a bunch of that 45 ammo from sog that is cheap.its 44 and 45 dated stuff, ball.couldnt use the sights, just too heavy to raise up(ive got a bad back-it pushes 9 pounds with a loaded mag)was fun point and shooting though.figured for the 300 i have in the gun, what the heck.ran out of ammo and had to go home, called it a day.saw 1 groundhog romping on a melting snow bank on the walk back.figures i would be out of ammo.
