David,
They do feel like toys.
Be sure to clean/lube the P-32 before you shoot it the first time.
If you haven't already, check out the Kel-Tec Owner's Group:

I need to get one. alas, the troubles one gets in when he has no money ... especially when he has a list of other guns he needs to get first.

Wow, that looks just like mine!
Yeah, I like the blue pouch, too. But an Uncle Mike's No. 1 Pocket Holster with the "flap" opened up to carry a spare mag is an even better pouch.
PM me if you want to know how to make these mods...

here are the three troopers............u know.........why cant a company like Walther or Glock come out with someting like the p32?

KT invented and perfected the genre. Anything Walther or Glock made would be heavier and more complicated plus being twice the price. So, why would anybody buy one made by them?
Since KT just introduced a .380 version, there's not much of a chance of a competitor popping up in anywhere near the price bracket.

David, the P-32 seems to like FMJ ammo. Rim lock can be a problem with .32 auto, esp with hollow points. Besides, testing shows that .32 HPs seldom expand.
I use Sellier & Bellot FMJ. Inexpensive and feeds well. I use it for practice and carry.

PS: if you like to play gunsmith, the P-32 is easy to tinker with. Check out the KTOG site that I posted above.

My friend has a P-32 and I helped him break it in. We had problems with the HP's (FTF, FTE) no type II though. We have never had any problems with FMJ though. The S&B FMJ seems to be the hottest out of all of them. The S&B was also the cheapest. You will be surprised how hot that .32 ACP can get.
I carry .25 ACP in FMJ because you know it will feed and also because of poor expansion of HP in small autos like that.

Yeah, Kel-Tec has the market cornered on small and lightweight firepower.
As was said earlier, if the P-32 was a Glock, it would be $500!

I would suggest spending an hour or so doing the recommended fluff & buff before the first range session. I have a P-11 and did the F&B first and haven't had any problems at all with it. Very good, utilitarian guns.

I do find that to be an amusing comment coming from you, Blackhawk... The man who has diligently followed the progress of the Rohrbaugh pistol and anxiously await it's arrival...

Different genres. KTs are small, light, simple, inexpensive pistols that use polymer grips.
Rohrbaughs are small, light, simple, expensive pistols that don't use polymer. :neener:

I bought a P32 a couple of weeks ago. The first time at the range there was a FTF in the first 10 rounds. After that I put another 200 thru it with no problems. I didn't check it out before shooting it like I should have so that's probably what the problem was. It makes a great back-up gun.

I never did a F&B on mine. I went straight from the gun shop to the range and started shooting. Haven't had a problem yet, and I've got over 500 rounds through it. But then again I only use winchester white box FMJ. It's fairly cheep and it's reliable.

got me a box of Remington UMC......GEEEZ! these things are higher than 9mm white box and u get twice as many in the white box..............whats up with that?

Relatively speaking, .32 ACP is a very unpopular cartridge compared to 9mm Luger. Consequently, economies of scale in manufacturing contribute to 9mm being very cheap to produce.

I just bought my P-32 last week. Took it to the range, had one jam.... no problems since. I'm going to check out some of the links for cleaning, etc..... Since they call these "mouse guns", I thought I'd name mine "Mr. Jingles"....... Walking the mile, walking the mile......

I had the same initial reaction of disgust when pricing .32acp fodder for the first time. I still shake my head when pricing quality .32acp ammunition.

Mine likes Win FMJ for range or Win Silvertips for defense.
