Let's play "guess what I am going to buy next." Some of you may remember me from TFL and have some guesses. I'm interested in what people come up with.

"Buy more ammo and shoot more" definitely applies to me because I'm such a cheapskate.

I voted, "Or A SIG"!

Hope so, anyway?

I guess in some sense "All of the above" would apply ;) But I guess I should stay true to myself & vote "Don't you need an HK" :D

I was thinking XD in 40 but that's not an option, so I voted for the 22 plinker, ( Ruger slab side)

I said 1911 but a Sig would be great but only in a 38 super cause everyone needs at least one!

It sounds like you have hit all the major ones. But the gun that is good for me is not gonna be the best for you. Go to your local gun shop and hold the ones you like and then see how you like the feel. If you dont like the feel leave it and move on. However if you like it go ahead and set it aside and finish up the rest. Next step is to shoot the ones you like at an indoor range and see which one you shoot the best.

My first handgun was a 1911A1 and it resides on my hip. They are expensive and sometimes have teething problems break in period. But the hang up you will get in the first 500 rounds will help you with clearence drills. It did with me.

Will it be a .357 or a .45? I already have a convertable. .45ACP is a hoot to shoot in that gun.
The .45 can generate the impressive recoil w/o the magnum pressure. Decisions decisions. Hmmm, I think I'll have lunch.

I'd rather have $95 of skill and $5 in ammo than $100 toward a new gun. Just might be me, but I'd rather have a few guns I can shoot well than to have a lot that just sit in the safe. I buy ammo by the case, in more calibers than I care to admit. I voted, "more ammo, shoot more"in case you couldn't guess.:D

I may not have been clear. I have already made the decision of what I am going to buy next. Its been haunting me. I am going to buy it in about a week and a half. I'm curious as to what people think I've decided to buy.
