Cost to solder a ramp and bead on SG barrel

I've got to get a ramp and bead soldered on a Remington 870 barrel that was cut down to 18". I've been given some quotes that I feel are way out of line for what I would presume to be a fairly straight forward task. Quotes were as high as $40. I don't need the barrel refinished or anything, just teh ramp and bead soldered on it.

Anyone here know what would be a reasonable fee for this work. BTW - I do not have the ramp or bead.

FWIW, I just agreed to pay $35 to have a barrel cut to 18.25" and drilled and tapped for a threaded bead. Gander Mountain.
