I happened upon this website, and wondered if any of you had heard of it, or had any experience with these folks. From a brief glimpse, it seems to be a good organization. At any rate, it seems to me a good idea, and long past due. Here's a quote from the home page:

It is time to take action. Recent Supreme Court decisions make it clear that our Constitution no longer exists, except in the personal opinions of whatever Supreme Court justice holds the swing vote in a 5-4 opinion. A constitutional crisis is on the horizon, and there is little evidence that the other two branches of government have the will to do much about it. Our elected representatives in Congress no longer pass laws; they simply suggest laws for the approval or disapproval of any federal judge who wants the law to be something else. CourtZero wants to educate our fellow citizens, and asks for your help in creating an advertising campaign to do so.

I was going to say, we can always impeach judges. We could get rid of the socialist 4 for starters. Put another 4 thomases on the bench and we might see some decent rulings.

Realistically, the court also has a responsibility to introduce change into society slowly. A bad decision 60 years ago is also a bad decision which 60 years of law, professions and livelihoods have been piled on top of . A rug may be stinking, dirty and unsightly, but if you just yank it off the floor and toss it in the trash you will leave a lot of people suddenly on their asses. I will wait and see what happens with:

the CT eminent domain case
the CA marijuana case
the AZ machine gun case

before I go into full "repeach the justices" letter writing mode. Starting with Lopez, I think the court has taken a turn for the the constitutional, but they are doing it slowly and carefully.

A constitutional crisis is on the horizon...

Wrong. It's already here.

Exactly what have these judges done to deserve the ire of people?

Their ideologically-motivated judges are Activists, defying the will of the People.

Our ideologically-motivated judges are Constitutionalists, taking America back where it belongs.
