I have a biakal 12ga shotgun for a little while now. I have learned how to shoot skeet using the biakal. I got it used with 2 colonial arms "golden sporting clays choke tubes" skeet1, I have the improved, modified and full now. I like it but I want something that fits me. I really want the following on the new shotgun; single selectable trigger, screw in chokes, weigh atleast 8lbs, and full length tubes for all gages or barrel sets. Fancy wood and engraving do not mean that much to me. I want a gun I can shoot skeet, trap, 5 stand, and sporting clays with. I want a 12ga gun with 20ga 28ga and .410 tubes. I want screw in chokes in the all of the tubes. With this amount of money I want the to deal with companys that have great customer service. Something that dose hold value would be a huge plus. Any suggestions?

You have two choices for tubes, Kolar Arms, and Briley. I have always dealt with Kolar myself, but Briley is first rate also. I believe there are some other companies that also cater to tube making.

You can buy the gun you want and that fits you and have it sent to either place for tubes. Remember that some guns have inertia triggers that have to be reworked to fire the sub gauges reliably. Brownings are one such type. They can be reworked easily enough, but also adds to the cost.

My first tubed skeet gun was a Ruger Red Label. I had over 50,000 rounds through it before selling it. Currently I have a Beretta 682 Super Sporting with a carrier barrel for the tubes and a dedicated 12ga barrel. All exact matched weight and balance. About 9 1/4 pounds, which is good for the target gun with 30" barrels. I don't compete any longer, but I still shoot regularly mostly with 28ga and .410.

Choices of guns, Berettas, Brownings, Krieghoffs, Kolars, Perrazis, Ruger, others available, as long as they have a proven track record for holding up under large quantities of shell.
