I am posting this for my dad, but am also interested. He has a 1911 style Colt with the name RECON stamped on its side. From what I can tell, it must have been a limited run since I've not been able to find any information on it thus far. Any info and/or a price check would be welcome since the gun is for sale. Bought to be a shooter, but dad feels one more 1911 might not be needed after all. Thanks, BD
