I know a treatment, but there is no cure. You'll need about a million rounds of .30-06. As long as you're shooting, you're not buying another one. Think about it.

I wish one would follow me home. My other one is getting lonely. I owuld eventually like to have three just to use the stacking swivels. That would look good in the middle of the living room.

Or you can get two Garands and an 03 to use the swivels. (Just to add a little variety).
Has anyone tried putting a plate of glass on top of the "tripod" to use as an end table?

Yes, there is a cure: Enfielditis, Mosinitis, whatever. Find a new mil-surp rifle obsession, and you'll stop buying Garands. However, there will be a side effect: you'll have many other guns flowing into your house. At least Mosins are cheaper, I can get them for $50 a pop, so you can buy them easier when you feel the urge.

Eight thumps and a ping at the door ???!! Ha Ha !! that's a good one ! Now just get the credit card out one more time and have a truckload of ammo delivered , before the per round tax is levied .
