Winchester 30-06 M2 Ball Loaded for the Dominican Republic, Is it corrosive or not? WRA 30-06 Springfield Headstamp, Box labeled 1947-48. :confused:

Most likely. When in doubt clean like it is corrosive and you will not have to worry.
All it takes is a little time as soon as you are done shooting to run a couple of wet, with water or Windex with Amonia D, patches followed by dry patches. I mostly use Sweet's 7.62 one whiff and you will know why.

if you make it a point to clean your guns the same weekend as your range trip then i wouldn't worry about it...
