"You can't search more than every 10 seconds"

After minutes and minutes of inactivity, or sometimes when starting a new session of THR, if I try to list new threads, sometimes it'll say that I've attempted to search in the last 10 seconds. What gives?

Double taps occasionally do that to me. Pure pilot error on my part.
