Got a Russian SKS (1950 Tula) that I'm thinking about selling as I need the money for other things. It's been a while since I checked the average going rate for these things. Is $250-275 a fair price to ask?

Here in AZ they have been going $250 to $300 in both original and refurbished condition. Sold mine for $325 last summer.

Russian laminated stock rifles in excelent condition bring $400.00 and the hardwood stock guns realize $350.00 or better in my neck of the planet.
At your price you are giving the gun away.

They start about $250 and up, depending on condition.

I'd say it might depend on the condition of your particular rifle and (to a small degree) whether it's an arsenal rebuild or not. But your prices sounds like the norm in my neck of the woods (about $350 new).
