I wasnt there today in Springfield, am grateful to all that were. I heard that it passed committee 6-4 not in our favor. Is this true? So the question is then where do we go from here?

The one piece that passed in the Senate was 5-4 by my count, but I don't know who didn't vote. You can check the votes by going to http://www.legis.state.il.us and searching for the bills by number. The bill you want is SB1195, the semi-auto ban that passed.

With that, I'm going to go ahead and close this one. We've got 7 or 8 threads on the same topic.
