Ok....I know that really isn't his name, but if it were I think he would be carrying something like this SKS that someone is trying to auction off.

http://gunbroker.com/auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=7850471

Goes great with gold teeth. Pronounced (Teef). :D

me thinks thats krylon spray paint

that much actual 24K plating would be worth much more than the rifle

The SKS in question and the head gear mentioned above---the new fall fashion for the HOOD----What will they think in Paris and Milan??----lol

"Mao! Mao! Moa!"

I believe Mao was photographed with an old Mauser and a captured Japanese weapon.

The Type 68 wasn't devolped until after the Revo. If Mao did have a fancified CKC, I bet it was red!

Combine that SKS with one of these...

http://www.taurususa.com/imagesMain/H_92B5PRL.jpg

And you've got the perfect arsenal for S.H.T.F.I.T.H.

I saw something similar to that at a gun show. Except the weapon in question was an M1A. That SKS gives me the willies, but the M1A with its (mis-decorated) applications nearly dropped me in fright.

Those extended SKS mags are completely useless no matter what
color they are.

No bolt hold open. It takes 3 hands to load it 4 if you use stripper clips.

I've heard the phrase polishing a...you know what, but I had no idea that someone had actually gone out and done it!

When I lived in the city I used to see some dude driving around w/ At least $1,000 worth of gold rims on an old cutlass from the late 70's probably about a $500 car. He must be selling his guns in order to get some gold for his teeth

Maybe a new piece of equipment for his crack lab.

March 16, 2003, 09:31 AM
Is that one of the SKSs that can use AK mags, or is that one of the aftermarked peices of junk?

Looks to me to be the aftermarket type mags for an SKS. You can see by the long section of the magazine and starndard type floorplate release.

So far someone is willing to give $205.00 for the thing.

Methinks you guys "doth protest too much"!

We're only human and we've all had those fantasies about a Menage a' Trois with Janet Reno and Diane Feinstein; Janet wrapped appealingly in black Latex and spike heels for the Glockophiles, while Diane is wearing a sexy push-up and high boots of oiled leather for the more traditional 1911 crowd. Both of them (of course), are wearing candy apple red lipstick on their pouting lips... their bodies glistening with Hoppe's #9...

"Who's your Daddy!"

Kinda like putting 24 lpi hand checkering on a 2 by 4. Yeah you can do it but why?

And I suppose someone COULD put coin finish deep chisel engraving on a Lorcin but who the heck would you present it to?

Some things I just don't understand.

Just imagine the ad:

Rare Chinese rifle presented to sub commander Park for "meritorious service in defense of communism" The rifle features a deeply blued high luster barrel, chromed and engraved reciever, 24k gold accents and a transit case lined with rare chinese silk. The rifle could be counted upon to defend you and your family as if fire powerful 7.62x39 ammunition created for the AK 47 and Simonov rifles. Included is a letter from the Chinese high command praising sub commander Park. As well as Park's reply:

"Nice rifle, please send more rice."

Kinda like seeing Janet Reno modeling something from Victoria's Secret...Oh, please, sir! I was just about to put some really nice, fancy-cut mignon on the grill.

Have a heart... <sigh>
