Any of you guys know anything about the Vietnam SOG knives?Not the new versions that are all shiney and new but the old less than perfect and all slightly different plain ones that were made during the war.

The topic of SOG knives is long and complicated so a questions such as "Wadda ya'll know 'bout?" have long and complicated answers.

"SOG knives" were variously manufactured leather stack washer swept clip point fighters with a cross guard. I think I remember that most were made in Japan. They were all sterile except for the presentation pieces which were bright and shiney.
