I purchased a Taurus model 450 yesterday. I was wondering what .45 Colt loads anyone might suggest for a 2 inch barreled revolver.

Try the Corbon stuff. It is usually loaded hot and should give you the max velocity out of the short barrel.

My choice is always Winchester, Silvertips or XTP's

the old winchester silvertip load has a great record of self defenses stops.
