Anybody have any advice on removing a broken casing from the chamber if the old bore brush won't pull it?

Just cruious, how do those work?

Are they like stripped screw extractors (sharpened "threads" grip the inside of a hole you drill into the screw. Dont need to drill a hole in a casing of course)?

Great little tool to carry around. I have a M1 carbine that it happens to occassionaly (guess I should get the head spacing checked). Just insert it into the case and tighten it a bit. Sometimes you can just extract it by using the bolt and sometimes a cleaning rod down the barrel will do the trick.
