I was at the gun store this afternoon and I saw this carbine. I can't remember the brand but is was made in Australia, chambered for 7.62x39 with magazine. Bolt action and the name starts with "T". It also have a muzzle brake. It sells for about $600.00. It has wooden stock and forend. Has anybody shoot or own one? How does it shoots?

Hey Andrew - Sorry I missed this, I was excited to jump to the link. It was at Oak Tree Gun Club. They have 3 left last time I checked.

Always thought those looked like they'd be handy little rifles and they couldn't have chosen a more slick action for it. But they're quite pricey....

I'd personally prefer peep sights more akin to the original over the scope.
