Hi I was thinking about buying a set of Stag Grips for my Redhawk and was thinking about buying a set from Eagle . But would like feedback about Eagle and their grips like fit, and finish.Thanks.

I have 2 sets on my matching 3 screw blackhawks that were worked over by both Bob Munden and Doug turnbull. They were of excellent quality and given there natural materail can be easily fitted. Mine only required very minor fitting that I did with some very fine grit sandpaper and a small file. I thought stag was non banned from import so I believe prices have been rising.

This is a set of Eagle Sambar stag grips from back in the days when they were $80.00. The fit was fine but I did have to polish down some of the bark areas to keep from tearing my hands up. I am very pleased with the results.
