You'll want to get the Universal Rifle charging die, to go along with the Lee Powder measure.
I used my Load Master press to load some .45/70's back in late '90's while I was playing with a Marlin 1895.
I really didn't need to load them on the progressive machine, however.
I used the universal die and one of my Lee measures, with the double disc kit installed. With the finer grain powders, it does well. With the large quantities of Unique and Bluedot it worked well too.
You may want to get one of their Universal case expander dies as well if you are going to be loading cast or swaged lead bullets. I just used the .452 expapander from my .45acp dies in the Rifle charging die, and used the appropriate spacer, and adjusted the die to expand the mouth just enough to take the cast bullets I was using.
