Question regarding legal bullets in CA

I have to say, I'm not very knowledgeable about bullets and the specifics of manufacturing them, etc. It's on the study list.
So, in regards to recent legislation introduced in CA, I have a question.
We have one bill requiring serial #s, which IIRC, bans frangible use. We have another banning lead ammo.
What would be left if these two pass? I've seen copper bullets, but only from one manufacturer(taurus). Are there any other options? Undoubtedly, this would drive ammo prices through the roof for CA, if there are options left.

If you can't get an outright ban on the guns, your next step is to try and starve them into uselessness.

The only logical choice, IMO, is to move away from Bizarro World.

I don't miss the beaches or the climate. :D
Seriously, though. Are there any alternatives? As far as ammo, I mean.........

The california state bill would register all handgun ammo ,make it felony to have unregister, to transfer, transport etc... ammo that not registored to you.

In effect a near ban of handgun ammo. We have to stop that bill.

What would we use for self defence rifle and shotguns?
That's next on the ban list when the gang banger start using them.

Lessee..... Steal someone's ammo, shoot someone near his home every time he goes to the store.

or...

Establish 'ammo swap' clubs. All members dump ammo into a bowl and then pick out as many as they put in.

hmmmmmmm...........

:cuss:
