Hi I was wondering if anybody had bought one of these since they've come out. I'm talking about the Gold Ring 10-20X40 compact seen here www.leupold.com/products/golden_ring_binoculars.htm
Anybody have one yet? Thanks Heath

Leupold has not shipped any yet to anyone, but I can tell you the units we saw at the S.H.O.T. show were impressive. The most impressive part was the price, I expected it to be 2x what it is. We will be selling them for under $300.:what: Leupold has them scheduled for release in April. Get in line now!!!

Thanks Chris for the information. As soon as I get a little extra cash you can bet I'm getting in line. Thanks Heath

Looks like their answer to 20x50Burris compact.

Do they also have the TACTICAL one? Or just gold ring?

Sorry for bringing back up such an old thread but has anyone picked up one of these yet? I'm wondering how is the clarity when cranked up to 20X? I'd still like to pick one up when I get the cash. Thanks, Heath
