i just bought a paf junior, i was wondering if anyone knows anything about them? its a fun little gun to shoot, after i polished up the feed ramp so it would function. anyone have instructions on tearing it down past the frame? mine looks like someone left it in the bottom of an oil pan for a month.

Other than that they were made in South Africa ("PAF"-"Praetoria Arms Factory"), no , not much; the ones I've seen took down the same way that most other small European autos took down. You clear it and remove the magazine, pull the slide back to its rear-most position, and turn the exposed barrel until you can pull it out the front of the slide. This lets the slide run off the front of the frame, and reassembly is the reverse. Further than that, I couldn't help you.
