Does anybody in here know of a source that carries shooting mats?
I checked with my cheaper than dirt service and found no results in my search, but the catalog shows them.By item number.
Thanks for the info.

What kind are you looking for? I have one from Springfield that is nice. I've had it for years. I think it was around $80. Sinclair, Creedmore, or some of the high power suppliers would be other places to look. Depends on what you want to spend. Then again, you get what you pay for.

I'm not sure how they would work, but have you considered the sleeping pads that back packers use. They are thin, but keep you off of the ground. They can be picked up at most sporting goods stores.

If you want a real shooting mat I can definitely recommend the ones at www.championshooters.com

We got a nice Dillon shooting mat for Christmas. By the time we get our loads and loads of range gear together, we either forget the mat, or don't want to take it with us because we're bringing so much other stuff. :p

Time to spend another $55,000 on a large SUV, so that you can take that matt.

Very happy with my Champion's Choice. You can buy it here (http://search.cartserver.com/search/search.cgi?cartid=a-7002&category=Accessories&maxhits=20&keywords=a01matcn).

I'm almost ashamed to admit it, but I use an excercise mat I picked up cheap in a discount sporting goods store. It's padded and light.
