I would call it the sear spring. As you probably know, S&W doesn't call it anything in their parts list, since they show the whole block as the "Sear Housing Block Assembly" and don't break it down.

I have not seen any list of or source for those individual parts.

If you are ordering aftermrket springs from Wolff, it's the hammer spring.

The gun is really great. Over 1000 rounds in 4 weeks & not a single problem yet.

Trigger is a lil tough, but not that tough to put it down. I would reccomend the slipon houge grip.

I would say its very reliable & worth the money.




I just need to know the propper name for the spring.
