Maryland has 20rd max only to transfer, you can own higher cap mags, just can't buy or sell higher than 20rd in state. Makes alot of sense hunh? :banghead: :cuss: :barf: :fire:

Massachusetts still has its own version of the AWB in effect. Standard capacity magazines made before the Federal AWB are legal. LE-only marked and post-ban magazines are good for ten years in jail. Thankfully my standard capacity USP mags have date codes on them so I can prove they're legal.

Colorado law suggest shooters restrain themselves from carrying magazines of greater than 18,429-round capacity: the probability of back injury rises astronomically.

Current New York law is a copy of the expired AWB. 10 rounds max, pre ban mags legal.

Shoot...I sold two Glock High Cap mags - the buyer lives in Port Jeff sta.
NY 11776. He didn't tell me it's illegal to own them there. I haven't sent them there yet.

In NY it is legal to own pre-ban hi-cap magazines.

I just bought a Sig 228 9mm with 5 13-round magazines and live on Long Island, NY (not far from where your buyer is). When I registered (:fire:) the 228 I brought the magazines with me and the registering cop looked at them and called them legal as they do not indicate - "Law Enforcement Only".

Do the magazines that you are shipping to NY indicate "Law Enforcement Only"? If so, they are illegal to ship here. If not, they are legal.

If so, they are illegal to ship here What law would you be breaking? The buyer can be prosecuted for illegal importation, but how could you be prosecuted in Texas for violating a NY state law?
